1. Unscrew the wooden cap and remove the plastic stopper.
2. Attach the metal vent clip to the bottle
3. Screw the wooden cap back on.
4. Insert the wooden sticks into the bottle
5. Allow the fragrance to absorb into the wood. When more fragrance is desired pump the sticks up and down a few times.
6. Clip the freshener onto your car vent. Do not invert bottle as it can leak

Please Note: Fragrance oils may damage vinyl or plastic car interiors. Handle with care when attaching the diffuser to your air vent to avoid spillage. Colognity is not responsible for any damage resulting from spills or improper use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Pressurized Bottle: A sealed spray bottle that uses internal pressure to deliver a fine, even mist. Designed to reduce leaks, protect the fragrance, and provide a smoother spray compared to standard atomizers.

We have no affiliation with the designer or their manufacturer, and our packaging is exclusive to us, without infringing on any intellectual property. We offer genuine, unaltered fragrances, never counterfeits or imitations.

While you won't receive the licensed product in its original bottle, you will receive the genuine perfume in one of our custom-labeled bottles, tailored to your preferred size. Our customers receive the original fragrance, carefully poured into a sterile sample vial. We are committed to offering only the genuine product in accordance with all intellectual property laws.

Processing Time

• Pre-order items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days once available.
• Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.

• Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days.
• Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to availability and external factors (e.g., weather, customs, etc.). Additionally, fragrance products are only eligible for ground shipping and are prohibited to be shipped via air.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected.
• You can view the total shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any products. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason, including dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse.

No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any products after the order is confirmed and payment is processed. This applies to all items without exception.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
